Shipping

• All orders are printed and shipped by our trusted third-party production partners.

• Printing and processing times may vary depending on order volume and the type of product purchased.

• Delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier’s network.

• Please allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

• You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

• If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages as they could be produced by different print partners in different locations.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item is made to order. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

• Is faulty,

• Is not as described, or

• Arrives damaged.

If you believe your product meets these criteria, please contact us at dave@davesfootycartoons.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number,

• A brief description of the issue, and

• Clear photos showing the problem.

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where required.

Additional Notes

• Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order — we are unable to replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product due to monitor differences and printing processes — this is not considered a fault.
